The Pearl Marina Community is governed and operated by several committees of homeowners. Board members are initially nominated as interim representatives until formal elections are held.
The Community Manager is responsible for organizing these committees and reporting to the Umbrella Pearl Marina HOA. This role is currently part-time due to funding constraints, but is designed to become a full-time position.
